Stilton Pavilion is an excellent venue for your wedding.  We offer:

The Pavilion main hall is 17.5m x 14.5m (253mq)

Capacity

Banquet Style = 120-140 (depending on layout)

Fees – All hire rates include the use of our tables, chairs and highchairs, if required. 

Deposit Payable  – £500.00 Stilton Residents or £750.00 non Stilton residents  (refundable subject to satisfactory inspection following the event).

Hire of Whole Pavilion – 9am-Midnight – £600.00 + VAT = £720.00
(Kindly note, the rate remains the same even if you wish to shorten the hire period.)

In addition to the hire period, an additional hour is allocated from midnight to 1am for you to clean down and clear away furniture,  clean/tidy up the kitchen, side room (adjacent to kitchen) and main hall.

Security Bond – This is required for events requiring a late lock up after 7pm.  It provides for a discreet security presence at the event and inspection/secure lock-up function following the event (from 19:00 up to 01:00).  A non-refundable security bond fee is payable of £171.00 + VAT = £241.00.  This is not subject to the resident discount rate.   NB – the Security Bond rate is not guaranteed for a different financial year and may be invoiced separately.

Hire of Crockery & Cutlery

£50.00 + VAT

* Additional breakage fees apply at £1 per broken item.

Disposal of Event Rubbish & Recycling – £20.00 + VAT
